- Small parcel shipments (no more than 10 cases or 200 lbs.) are shipped prepaid via FedEx Ground.
- LTL or full truckload returns are shipped prepaid via our least-cost preferred carrier (will vary by Rite Aid Distribution Center and shipping destination).
- Actual freight costs at Rite Aid's discounted rate will be deducted.
- Rite Aid does not permit vendor pickups or honor requests for specific carriers not on our preferred carrier listing (except for refrigerated transport).
- Exceptions to this policy must be approved by Rite Aid Distribution Support.
